I love UnRarX, it is a great application. Today for the first time I encountered a problem which is really annoying:
I have multiple archives (about 30) which are all protected by the same PW. They're _not_ one archive with many parts. Now this is what UnRarX does: I enter the PW, drag'n'drop the file and it extracts. But then when I want to extract the next file, I have to enter the PW again. And then again, and again, and again... That sucks kinda...!
Maybe you should think about letting UnRarX remember the PW, or maybe implement a queue-function, so that we can drag'n'drop multiple files in the application and UnRarX uses the PW once entered for all archives.
I agree - having to enter the password multiple times is a pain. One other point I have found if the password is in a non-English speaking alphabet it won't work. e.g. umlauts in German and vaious Spanish French Czech and Croatian alphabet characters and diacritics in the pasword cause the unrar to fail. Otherwise this is a brilliant application.
I Agree too, this is really my one and only pain with the program........and from what ive seen of programs on Win and OSX it would be the first and i cant imagine that it would be hard to implement but then again....im not programming it :)
BUMP! I'm with all the others with this issue. Need to batch unrar a load of files with the same password, but can't get past the first one. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE implement a feature to resolve this problem.
